Scholarship Value: This scholarship awards qualified undergraduate students who are entering the school with a sum between $1,000 to $3,000 yearly

University of Manitoba Graduate Fellowships (UMGF)

Scholarship Value: This fellowship awards qualified graduate students who are entering the school with a sum between $14,000 for students studying a master’s program, and $18,000 for Ph.D. students yearly.

G. Clarence Elliott Fellowship

Scholarship Value: This fellowship awards qualified graduate students who are entering the school with the sum of $10,000

Vanier Canada Graduate Scholarships

Scholarship Value: This scholarship awards qualified Doctoral students who are entering the school with the sum of $50,000 yearly for a three-year period

Other Types of Financial Aid Provided in The School

International student bursaries

Scholarship Award: Bursary award worth $5,000 offered to 10 students who will become a student at the University of Manitoba before February 28. Applicants must be members of the credit union, which is a criterion to apply for this scholarship.

Scholarship Award: Eligible applicants will receive $1,000. However, the scholarship is only open to just three applicants each year and is enrolled in one of the universities in Canada.

Scholarship Award: the number of bursaries awarded each year is not specified, but then, the government of Manitoba provides students numerous awards and scholarships to help them fund their studies in Manitoba.

Scholarship Award: This program awards qualified applicants who have enrolled in one of Marymound’s school, with the sum of $500-$2,000

External Scholarship Funding

Scholarship Award: This scholarship awards the sum of $2,000 to qualified applicants and it Is open to undergraduate and graduate students who are enrolled in the fields of gerontology, medicine, nursing, social work, sociology, psychology, physical or occupational therapy, speech pathology, elder law or long-term care administration.

Scholarship Award: This scholarship Is open to one for Indigenous students and one for community leaders.

Scholarship open for both international and domestic students who are enrolled in a university in Canada.

This scholarship is available to only deaf and hard hearing Canadian residents and applicants must be at least 17 years and above. The award for this scholarship is $3,000 each year for students enrolled in full-time studies, and $1,000 per year for students enrolled in a part-time program.  

Scholarship Award: this scholarship awards graduate students with over $2000 although students may still have to enroll in the field of minority/human right research.

Scholarship Award: This scholarship awards the sum of $1,000 to qualified applicants and it Is open to undergraduate and law students who are enrolled in a full-time program at the University of Manitoba and have some work experience and good academic record.

Scholarship Award: This scholarship awards 30 students with the sum of $5000 to study an undergraduate program at the University of Manitoba
